I'm a native of Southern Vermont who’s lived across the U.S., Asia, and Europe before putting down roots in Jacksonville, Florida in 1990. As a New Englander at heart, I’ve always appreciated the charm and architectural variety of Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods.

My real estate journey began in 1992 as a first-time homebuyer, and by 2004 I launched Gabree Investments, LLC. Over five years, my team and I bought, sold, and built a portfolio of over 30 properties, including multifamily housing, office suites, mobile home parks, and land.

Before real estate, I served eight years in the U.S. Air Force and later built a career in Accounting Management. I’ve held roles from Controller to CFO for private real estate groups and commercial developers. That experience gives me a sharp eye for asset valuation, acquisition strategy, and construction budgeting—skills I now bring to every client relationship.
